Chicago punk band Sincere Engineer, led by Deanna Belos, have announced their fourth album, Probable Claws. It’s the follow-up to 2023’s Cheap Grills, and it’s due out June 26 via Hopeless. Mike Sapone produced the album, and it also features keys from Franz Nicolay, violin from Josh Knowles, and narration from Wil Wheaton. See the cover art and tracklist below.

“We set out to make a very straight forward pop punk record,” Belos says, adding, “I think the overall theme of this record is being uncomfortable with the passing of time and how quick time passes. Not all the songs touch on that, there’s some songs about me moving too fast through life myself.”

The album includes the recently released “Cooler,” and the new single is “Twist My Tongue,” a catchy punk song. Watch the videos for both below.
