Mumford & Sons announce new album ‘Prizefighter,’ co-produced by Aaron Dessner

Mumford & Sons have announced their sixth album, Prizefighter, due out February 13 via Glassnote. It’s the follow-up to this year’s RUSHMERE, and they co-wrote and co-produced it with Aaron Dessner of The National. Chris Stapleton, Gracie Abrams, Hozier, and Gigi Perez each feature on it, and you can see the cover art and tracklist below.

“We feel like we’re hitting our prime as a creative force,” Marcus Mumford says. “We’re putting everything we have into this now, and we’re using everything about our experience so far to embrace exactly who we are. We’re comfortable in our skins these days. And Prizefighter is us going for it —- serious and playful, sometimes bruised and always hopeful. We’re nowhere near done yet. I hope and believe we’re in the beginning of something we don’t want to let up on. I’m more excited to be in this band than I’ve ever been.”

The first single was last week’s “Rubber Band Man,” featuring Hozier, and you can watch the video for that below.

Mumford are all tour in Europe and the UK through December, with a couple of North American festival dates in 2026. See all dates below.
