Cap’n Jazz played their first NYC shows in 8 years at Warsaw (pics, video, setlists)
Having returned (again) during the fall for their first shows in seven years, Cap’n Jazz have kept their reunion going this year, and their summer tour hit Warsaw in Brooklyn over the weekend for their first NYC shows in 8 years. Like their 2024 shows, both nights at Warsaw included their post-Cap’n Jazz band Owls‘ song “For Nate’s Brother Whose Name I Never Knew Or Can’t Remember.” They also nodded to Black Sabbath‘s recent final show on Saturday night, jokingly covering “War Pigs” three times.
