Hatebreed announce first LP in 6 years, ‘Fatal Paradox’ (new single & exclusive vinyl)

Hatebreed have announced their ninth album, Fatal Paradox. It’s their first album since 2020’s Weight of the False Self, and it’s due out November 6 via BLKIIBLK Records. We have an exclusive white black marble vinyl variant, limited to 500 copies and available for pre-order in the BV shop.

Fatal Paradox was produced by Hatebreed’s regular collaborator Chris “Zeuss” Harris, and it’s their first with bassist Carl Schwartz (Terror, First Blood, Sworn Vengeance), who has been playing with them live since last year. John Tardy of Obituary features on “Sacrifice Season,” and the album includes a cover of Corrosion of Conformity‘s “Poison Planet.” See the cover art and tracklist below.

They’ve shared a new single go with the announcement. “‘Kill Count Increase’ is the lead track on Fatal Paradox and a perfect way of summing up our first album in six years from the start,” Jamey Jasta says. “It’s straightforward, in-your-face Hatebreed. Fast. Hard. It gets down to business and comes up for air two-and-a-half minutes later. The room and everyone in it gets wrecked and comes back wanting more.” Watch the video below.
