Watch Hayley Williams bring out Karly Hartzman, Jenny Lewis, This Is Lorelei, Lucy Dacus & more at Newport Folk Fest

Hayley Williams has been everywhere lately, and during her Newport Folk Festival set on Friday (7/24), she had everyone with her. Well, maybe not everyone, but a lot of people: Wednesday’s Karly Hartzman, Jenny Lewis, This Is Lorelei, Lucy Dacus, Jack Antonoff, Kelsey Lu, Madi Diaz, Joy Oladokun, Remi Wolf, Annie DiRusso, fellow Turnstile collaborator Liam Benzvi, and more.

The Paramore leader played “Mirtazapine” off her great 2025 solo album Ego Death At A Bachelorette Party with Karly Hartzman, This Is Lorelei’s own “I’m All Fucked Up” with bandleader Nate Amos and live members Al Nardo and Bailey Wollowitz of Fantasy Of A Broken Heart (which is not the song that Hayley covers on the super deluxe edition of This Is Lorelei’s Box for Buddy, Box for Star), Rilo Kiley’s “Silver Lining” with Jenny Lewis, “Roses/Lotus/Violet/Iris” from her 2020 debut solo album Petals For Armor with Lucy Dacus (who, along with the rest of boygenius, sings on the album version), Bleachers’ “I Wanna Get Better” with Jack Antonoff, and more, and she ended her set with all the guests on stage for a cover of Bill Withers’ “Lean On Me.”

One set before Hayley’s on the same stage was Lucy Dacus, and Lucy also brought Hayley out during her set. They played Lucy’s “Bullseye” together, before Lucy also brought out Madi Diaz for the “UN-unplugged” version of Diaz’s “Heavy Metal” (the studio version of which was released today) and then brought out Brandon Flowers of The Killers for a cover of Jim Croce’s “Time In A Bottle.”
