John Carpenter has been playing some rare shows this month – we caught him at Knockdown Center — and he’s in the midst of a Halloween residency in Los Angeles. The next shows is on Halloween night at The Belasco, and if you can’t make it in person, it’ll stream live on Veeps, starting at 11 PM ET. Tickets to watch are on sale now.
Carpenter has been playing material from his iconic film scores at these shows, among other songs, and he says, “I’ve been setting my nightmares, dreams and visions to music for a very long time, and there’s a lot to choose from. That means every night of this event will offer something different and unexpected.”
See pictures from his first of two NYC shows below, and pick up his music on vinyl in the BV shop.
For more to stream this Halloween, Insane Clown Posse are streaming their Hallowicked show from Detroit.
