George Shilling introduces the MKII version of IK Multimedia’s iLoud Precision 5, compact studio monitors that include the latest version of IK’s room correction and calibration software, ARC X. According to IK Multimedia, the MKII’s improvements include a new tweeter design and enclosure with ARC X bringing updates to allow for further customisation to profiles and upgrades to auto-calibration. The MKII Precision speakers also offer a new built-in fixing mount and there is an optional metal mounting bracket available to allow for more positioning options.
