Ahead of the much-anticipated release of the latest Grand Theft Auto game, Rockstar Games reveals that the in-game radio stations will feature some serious talent on hosting duty.

Rockstar Games’ highly anticipated new entry in the Grand Theft Auto franchise, Grand Theft Auto VI, is due for release on November 19. In the lead-up to that date, information continues to trickle in, including details about the in-game radio stations—a fan-favorite aspect of the series. Now, details have emerged about the respective DJs who will host those radio stations, and Rockstar has bagged some serious talent for the occasion.

The game’s programming will include Cocoteo FM, a modern Latin station hosted by Bad Bunny and RaiNao; the hottest tracks in African music on AfroBank FM, hosted by Burna Boy and Palms Trax; classic metal on Chamber 106.6, hosted by Kerry King and Tom Araya of Slayer; pop hits and classics alike on Flash FM, hosted by Robyn and model Alex Consani; Dirty South Classics hosted by Trick Daddy and Trina; and Back Country Radio, the home of “renegade country,” hosted by Morgan Wallen, Lana Del Rey, and even Lana’s husband, Jeremy Dufrene.

“Cocoteo gets our vibe, our slang, our taste, our pride, our experiences, our traditions, and all our crazy antics,” said RaiNao in a statement to Pitchfork. “It feels incredibly special to lend my voice to GTA VI and do it in the best way possible: having fun, embodying a character who’s like me, and putting our culture, our music, and our people in the spotlight.”

“I was never extreme about video games, but GTA was one of my favorites,” the Puerto Rican singer-songwriter added. “Driving around in a stolen car, blasting music with all that adrenaline pumping, was THE VIBE. It’s mind-blowing to know that I’ll now be part of that experience.”

Rockstar revealed details of the game’s monster 34-song soundtrack last month, which features original tracks from PinkPantheress, Travis Scott, Yung Lean, and many more. The Back Country station even secured hits from country legends like David Allan Coe, Loretta Lynn, Hank Williams Jr., and Waylon Jennings. The metal station features mainstays like Pantera, Black Sabbath, and, of course, Slayer. Meanwhile, the pop station Flash FM features contemporary darlings like Charli XCX, Zara Larsson, and MGMT.

Longtime fans of the series may be expecting to hear from the series regular host Lazlow again; but Lazlow departed Rockstar Games in 2020 so its unlikely the long-time radio DJ will appear in this installment.
