German electronic great Apparat will release A Hum Of Maybe, his sixth album and first in six years, on February 20 via Mute. The album was co-written and co-produced by longtime collaborator Philipp Johann Thimm and also features KÁRYYN, Jan- Philipp Lorenz (aka Bi Disc), Christoph “Mäckie” Hamann, Jörg Wähner, and Christian Kohlhaas.

The first track to be released is the pretty, expansive alternate take of “An Echo Skips A Name,” which closes the album and he calls a “gentle fade of recognition.” Listen to that below.
