Warner Chappell India has officially launched with Jay Mehta, who’ll remain Warner Music India MD, at the helm.

Beatport

On July 1st, Beatport’s CEO of nearly nine years, Robb McDaniels, will transition to executive chairman.

Meanwhile, president and CFO Matt Gralen is set to begin leading the company, and chief revenue officer Helen Sartory is stepping in as president and COO.

Longtime Apple head Tim Cook has likewise confirmed a shift to executive chairman, and hardware engineering SVP John Ternus is poised to take the reins on September 1st.

Longtime A&R professional Allison Jones has been boosted to A&R EVP at Big Machine Records/Nashville Harbor Records & Entertainment.

Former Live Nation talent buyer Brent Freed has joined Versa in the same position and will focus on “corporate talent buying and supporting overall Asia bookings.”

Universal Music Greater China

Sam Hu, previously GM at Warner Music China and Sony Music China, has signed on as Universal Music China’s MD and as Universal Music Greater China’s SVP.

K-Love

On May 11th, former iHeartMedia programming SVP Gator Harrison will officially begin as K-Love’s chief media officer.

Concert Stuff Group (CSG)

Formerly CSG’s account development VP, Kyle Jones has rejoined the company as chief growth officer.

iHeartMedia Louisville

iHeartMedia Louisville has welcomed Cumulus vet Christopher Layfield as programming VP.

AEG Presents

AEG Presents has upped seven-year team member Katie Mae Miller to integrated marketing VP for AEG regions. Additionally, former Universal Music brand-partnerships VP Chelsea Cloud has come aboard in the same role, albeit under Goldenvoice.
