CAN’T STOP TALKING sank swaggering hooks into their juggernautical post-punk anthem, Hot Stepper –

The bruised knuckle juggernauts of post punk, CAN’T STOP TALKING, penned an invitation to a dark twisted carnival of scuzzed out distortion and quasi-psychedelic aggression with their latest single, Hot Stepper. As one of the most unflinching rising forces on the rock fringes, the four-piece carried their reputation for aural annihilation into a track that lets each warped texture drag you deeper into its midnight-lit delirium before you even realise you’ve crossed the threshold.

Through buzzsaw reverberations and shadowy oscillations that scintillate when they catch the light within the mind-twisting production, Hot Stepper becomes a hot and heavy confrontation with a creative force armed with an arsenal of sonic artillery. They channel the visceralism associated with the red, white, and blue hardcore punk heavyweights while tapping into the experimentalism of contemporary punk trailblazers such as Viagra Boys. Yet, their truest sense of volition comes from their ability to turn fistfuls of aggression into hooks that swagger straight through your skin. The snarl that drawls across the instrumentals arrives with such caustic chagrin that it sears its way into memory.

The band’s foundations were set by brothers Jamie Autorino on vocals and Daniel Autorino on guitar, joined by Luca Volpi on drums and Hannah Pemberton on bass. Their chemistry fuels the riot-ready potency of their live sets and recorded work. Across Hot Stepper, they leave no doubt that 2026 has room for a new post-punk outfit to crown, and CAN’T STOP TALKING are already pushing at the gates.
