So many artists, so many songs, so little time. Each week we review a handful of new albums (of all genres), round up even more new music that we’d call “indie,” and talk about what metal is coming out. We post music news, track premieres, and more all day. We update a playlist weekly of some of our current favorite tracks. Here’s a daily roundup with a bunch of interesting, newly released songs in one place.
MONSTER RALLY & TV GIRL – “INCREDIBLY BLIND” FT X-CETRA
Sample-loving producer Monster Rally has announced Echoes of the Emerald Sands, his first non-instrumental album, which will be out in spring 2026. Among the vocalists tapped for the album are Jordana, Mei Semones, the Allah-Las’ Miles Michaud, and more. The first single is a collab with TV Girl that also features X-Cetra. He says, “This is one of my favorite tracks from the new record and I’m really excited to share it with the world. About a year ago I had sent a rough demo of this track to Brad (Petering) with just some drums, bass and mellotron flute loops. He came back with this idea of having X-Cetera on the track for the vocals. I had read a bit about their backstory and was definitely on board.”

WRECKLESS ERIC – “LADY OF THE MANOR”
Wreckless Eric, writer of “Whole Wide World” and more, will release new album England Screaming on November 21 via Tapete, which reworks songs from his 1985 album A Roomful Of Monkeys (released under the name Captains of Industry). “That album has always been a regret to me because I think these songs mark my coming of age as a songwriter, but not, alas, as a recording artist,” he says. Get a taste with “Lady of the Manor.”
