Way Dynamic signs to Jagjaguwar, announces first-ever North American tour w/ Star Moles & more (hear “Miffed It”)

Melbourne-based singer-songwriter Dylan Young (Cool Sounds, Good Morning, Snowy Band, Kankawa Nagarra) has been releasing music as Way Dynamic since 2014, making fans of artists like Waxahatchee and Elton John. He’s now signed to Jagjaguwar, who will give his breakthrough album from last year, Massive Shoe, its first international release. The reissue is due out on October 2, and you can hear “Miffed It,” a laid back folk track that Katie Crutchfield wrote was her “favorite song in a VERY long time,” below.

Young is also taking Way Dynamic on its first-ever North American tour this fall. The shows happen in September and October, and most are with Star Moles, including NYC’s Music Hall of Williamsburg on September 15. Tickets go on sale Friday, May 29 at 10 AM local, and you can see all dates below.
