Warner Music

Amid yet another WMG reorganization, Warner Music UK CEO Tony Harlow is preparing to step down in October, when EMEA president Simon Robson will take the reins.

Additionally, Atlantic UK co-presidents Ed Howard and Briony Turner are shifting to the overarching Atlantic Music Group, with Warner Records UK president Joe Kentish moving to Warner Records proper, as part of a bolstered “transatlantic partnership.”

Gibson

Gibson has elevated chief HR and impact officer Anne Rohosy to CCO.

Bob Moog Foundation

The Bob Moog Foundation has added five board members: Scott Callan, Kim-Ha Ho, Sandy Jordan, David Sayed (an Xbox-focused senior product management director at Microsoft), and Lindsey Wahowiak.

BMG

Following a three-year Litmus Music stint – and nearly half a decade with BMG before that – Monti Olson is returning to the latter company as EVP of publishing for North America.

Sony Music Publishing

Sony Music Publishing Spain MD Juan Ignacio Alonso has retired, and A&R vet Jordi Tello has been promoted to succeed him – albeit as Iberia MD.

Hybe America

Hybe America has hired Jenni Pfaff, previously Warner Chappell’s EVP of global strategy, integration, and operations, as chief people and transformation officer.

Sony Music

Sony Music has confirmed former Universal Music ecommerce higher-up Christopher Södergren as its first EVP of D2C strategy and operations.

Big Machine Label Group

BMLG has announced four promotions and a hire, with Cary Dal-Lago coming aboard as international label intern. Additionally, Flo Myerscough-Harris has been upped to international marketing and promotions manager, while head of UK Alex Hannaby is now doubling as international marketing and operations VP.

Lastly, Iren Coutiel has been boosted to senior international digital and commercial manager, with Roxanne Gwillam-Kelly bumped to international marketing and promotions manager.

Virgin Music Group

Athena-io co-founder Cindy Gu, previously Fabled Records’ MD, has signed on as Virgin’s Southeast Asia GM.

Ador

Lee Do-kyong is officially CEO of Hybe’s Ador, replacing Kim Ju-young after about one year.
