MONOLORD

Swedish sludge-metal trio MONOLORD will be touring in support of their upcoming album Neverending: West Coast Dates happen in June with Mizmor, and Eastern US dates happen in August and September with Khemmis and include a Brooklyn show at Elsewhere on September 3.

RICHARD AYOADE

Comedian, filmmaker, author, travel show host, style icon and all-around cool dude Richard Ayoade is going on his first ever tour in support of his new book Afterthoughts. So far just the UK — Richard, come to North America!

SYLVAN ESSO LA RESIDENCY

Sylvan Esso have announced an LA residency at Sid the Cat Auditorium on June 15, 16, 18, 19 & 20. They will be “rehearsing with a live band and sharing new songs.

MEMORIALS

UK duo MEMORIALS, the duo of Verity Susman (Electrelane) and Matthew Simms (Wire, It Hugs Back), have added a NYC show to their tour, playing the NeoAncients NYC Festival on May 23 at the Stone Circle Theatre. Before that they’ll play Tubby’s Kingston on May 21.

SHE’S GREEN TOURING WITH CHAPTERHOUSE

Minneapolis band she’s green, who just announced a new EP, will be on tour with UK shoegaze vets Chapterhouse and will include both of Nothing’s Slide Away festivals (NYC dates is Brooklyn Paramount on May 16).
