Neil Young has announced his annual benefit show for The Painted Turtle, a camp for children with serious medical conditions, and The Bridge School, which supports education for children with severe physical and severe impairments and was founded by Neil’s ex-wife, Pegi Young. “Harvest Moon” happens during the day on Saturday, October 25, at The Painted Turtle camp in Lake Hughes CA, an hour north of Los Angeles.
Neil Young will perform with his band the Chrome Hearts, and the lineup also includes Beck, Lana Del Rey, and marimba ensemble Masanga. Tickets go on sale Thursday, September 25 at 9 AM PST.
Last year, Neil Young and Stephen Stills played a Buffalo Springfield rarity for the first time in over 50 years at the benefit.
