Anna von Hausswolff reschedules North American tour to 2027 due to visa issues

Anna von Hausswolff was scheduled to begin a North American tour supporting her fantastic 2025 album ICONOCLASTS later this month, but she’s been forced to postpone the shows because of visa issues. She’s rescheduled the run for January of 2026 and upgraded venues, and added a couple of cities. The NYC show, which was already moved from Elsewhere Zone One to Elsewhere Hall, will now happen at Knockdown Center on January 22, 2027. Tickets are on sale now.

Hi USA, you slick little monster.

I come bearing bad news. I am really sad to announce that our North America tour will be postponed.

My band’s US visas have not been approved, which means we are unable to perform there. It’s unclear why this is happening. We have done everything we can, but we are left with no other choice but to move the tour dates. Unfortunately the Canada dates are also affected.

We are certainly taking a loss on this, but I am most sorry to disappoint you who bought tickets and were excited for the show.

There is a silver lining. We are coming back with new dates, more cities (Philadelphia, Seattle & Portland), a bigger crew and even bigger venues. I am completely humbled that the tour sold out. We are going to make this up to you.

My team has already worked quickly to set up a new plan. We are moving the tour to January 2027, when all this should be fixed. All tickets remain valid, and refunds will be provided to everyone who needs one.
