GWAR announce fall tour with Midnight and Mac Sabbath

GWAR have announced the “Gor Gor Must Die!” Tour, which will have the alien rock band wreaking havoc this fall with Midnight and Mac Sabbath on all dates, plus X-COPS or Atomic Rule depending on the city. Check out their full schedule of conquest below.

“As both father and mother to our precious dinosaur Gor Gor, my hearts break to see what he has become: a crack-addicted truck-stop lizard-of-the-evening,” says Berserker Blothar of their upcoming trek. “We didn’t raise him to hustle his cloaca up and down the street. It is time for some tough love! Come watch as GWAR lays a whoopin’ on his giant red ass on the ‘Gor Gor Must Die Tour’ with Midnight, Mac Sabbath, X-Cops, and Atomic Rule.”

The NYC stop on the tour is at The Palladium Times Square on December 12 with X-COPS as the first opener, and tickets for all dates go on sale Friday, May 1 at 10 AM local time.

Meanwhile, GWAR are releasing a 7″ with their cover of Chappell Roan’s “Pink Pony Club” and their reimagined version of “I’m Just Ken” that’s out June 26.

GWAR are also encouraging fans to donate blood in the name of founding member Chuck Varga, aka The Sexecutioner who is battling cancer. Get details here.
