PURITY RING

Montreal’s Purity Ring kick off their North American tour on April 17 in Sacramento and will be out through May 28 in Anchorage.

BIBI CLUB

Another Montreal duo, Bibi Club, are currently on tour in Europe in support of their fantastic 2025 album Amaro. There’s been no word of a North American tour yet but they are playing Brooklyn’s Union Pool on May 21.

JEJUNE

Late-’90s emo band Jejune just announced their first US shows in over 25 years, and they’ve now got two in NYC: Mercury Lounge on July 8 & 10.

COACHELLA

Coachella is this weekend and if you’re not there you can stream most of it live.

JACK WHITE

Everything seems to be coming up Jack White right about now. He released a pair of new singles, performed them on SNL the next night (along with a reimagining of “Seven Nation Army” with Jack Black), and was the surprise addition to weekend one of Coachella. Now he’s announced a bunch of new North American tour dates.

ALABAMA SHAKES

Alabama Shakes start their 2026 tour on April 16 in Richmond and the’ve just added an NYC show at Radio City Music Hall.

KHEMMIS

Doom merchants Khemmis will be touring in support of their upcoming self-titled album and they’ve just announced West Coast dates in June and July with Necrofier and Wretched. After that they’ve got East Coast dates with Monolord including Brooklyn’s Elsewhere on September 3.

THE BODY / BIG|BRAVE

The Body and BIG|BRAVE will be on tour in North America in July and August, with dates wrapping up in Brooklyn on August 8 at Music Hall of Williamsburg.

MOSSWOOD MELTDOWN

Oakland’s Mosswood Meltdown has added more artists to its 2026 edition (July 17-19), including Mannequin Pussy, Snooper, Dead Moon’s Toody Cole and Her Band, and Peaches Christ’s Punk Pride. That’s in addition to Pavement, Iggy Pop, Bikini Kill, Vivian Girls, Otoboke Beaver, The Return of Jackie & Judy (Sleater-Kinney + Fred Armisen’s Ramones cover band), The Spits, The Dead Milkmen and more. As usual, John Waters will be this year’s MC.

PUNK ISLAND

Annual free, all-ages, all-DIY festival Punk Island returns for its 18th annual edition on Saturday, June 27 on Randall’s Island, and this year’s lineup includes over 90 bands.
