NIVA

Music Box managing partner Joe Rinaldi has officially been named president of NIVA California.

Bar/None

Longtime Bar/None Records owner Glenn Morrow “is stepping aside,” and Emmy Black, having come aboard the Hoboken indie as an intern back in 2008, is taking the reins.

Warner Chappell Asia Pacific

Warner Chappell has welcomed Singapore-based FUGA and BMAT vet Wan Yin Koh as VP of business development for digital in the Asia Pacific region.

Too Lost

Too Lost has added three execs: Former Warner Music higher-up Mark VanAtta as finance VP; Marc Emert-Hutner, who previously spent over two decades with ASCAP, as A&R VP; and Nate Fisher, formerly with beatBread and ADA, as director of A&R research and label acquisition.

Additionally, the company has elevated senior product manager Jen Ferrer to director of commercial and artist strategy.

Vydia

Gamma’s Vydia has boosted both June Saba and Tony Girakhoo to label and artist relations VP.

Hybe/Big Machine

Scott Borchetta is exiting Hybe America to relaunch Big Machine Records; the Hybe-run label group previously known as Big Machine is expected to receive a new name soon.

Y Royalties

Y Royalties has confirmed two hires: Andy Elms will oversee the royalty audit team (alongside existing director Gary Groutage) as associate director, while longtime UMG and BMG royalties exec Jason Bennett has signed on as royalty accounting head.

Universal Music Enterprises

Universal Music Enterprises has upped president and CEO Bruce Resnikoff to chairman, and in addition to remaining Verve Label Group’s president and CEO, Jamie Krents is taking on the identical roles at UMe.

Sony Music

Nearly 25-year Sony Music Entertainment vet Roslyn Pineda is transitioning to Sony Music Publishing, where she’ll succeed retiring Asia president Carol Ng.

Plus, SME’s RCA Records has revived Jive Records with former UnitedMasters execs Mike Weiss and David Melhado in place as co-presidents.

Part of the Rhino team for nearly 25 years, Boone Jackson has been promoted to national director of safety.

Patron Saints of Music has enlisted Allie Moskovits (formerly a BMG sync higher-up) to serve as head of sync and business development.

Omnicom Media’s Fuse has opened a Mexico City office and tapped Jump SMS founder Luis Rico to lead the division.

Farm Aid

Farm Aid has unanimously elected Nathaniel Rateliff to its board.

Music Biz Weekly

Over 10 years and 500 episodes later, Jay Gilbert is stepping away as co-host of the Music Biz Weekly podcast.

Legends Global

Longtime C3 Presents talent buyer Kristyn Ciani has become Legends’ VP of live entertainment for the content and booking division. Additionally, chief of staff Josh Kritzler has been boosted to president of North American venues and content.

Australia’s Triple J has officially confirmed Claire Mooney as its music director.

WME

WME has revealed seven agent promotions across its music team, including Santiago Cruz and Pascual Di Tella in Miami; Natalie Otto and Christopher Caulk in Beverly Hills; Belle Webb and Tommy Dockree in London; and Mollie Marshall in Nashville.

Last Tour

Spain’s Last Tour has upped Yurdana Burgoa to CEO, while founder, “main shareholder,” and longtime CEO Alfonso Santiago has transitioned to president.

Matt Pincus’ Trust Records has bumped both Mike Nucero and Sam Siegler, who are now creative directors.
