After adding 17 cities to their reunion tour, Rush admits in a new video that ticket resellers are having a “field day” buying up tickets and selling them at a premium.

Rush’s Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson said in a new video that they forgot how awesome it felt to have hundreds of thousands of fans wanting to pay to see them live.

But they also admitted their awareness that resellers are “having a field day out there, jacking up the prices,” and remind fans to seek tickets from the primary source—either Ticketmaster (which leaves much to be desired), or Rush’s official website.

Only a couple of weeks after Rush co-founders Lee and Lifeson announced their arena tour celebrating 50-plus years as a band, the pair added 17 additional cities on the run. Rush will now play 40 shows—up from their initially announced 12—between June 7 and December 15, 2026.

The tour comes more than a decade after their last run, and five years after the death of drummer and fellow Rush founder Neil Peart. Former Jeff Beck drummer Anika Nilles will be joining them on the outing.

Shows have been added to cities including Philadelphia, Boston, Montreal, Washington, D.C., Atlanta, Edmonton, Seattle, and Vancouver. The tour kicks off on June 7 in Los Angeles next year.

Fans can sign up for tickets to the new dates by 11:59 PM ET on October 23. The artist presale begins at noon local time on October 27, while the general onsale kicks off at noon local time. Additional presales will be available for the U.S. shows for Citi cardmembers on October 24, and American Express cardholders for the Canada shows, also on October 24.

Rush will play two sets each night, with each show offering a distinct selection of songs from a catalog of 25 hits and fan favorites.
