Mac from Superchunk tells us about his favorite Australian punk singles

Mac McCaughan from Superchunk and Merge Records has always had a thing for antipodean punk and indie rock, and with that in mind, he made the hard choice of picking just five great Australian punk singles from the last 50 years for us. His list includes The Saints, The Victims, and more. Watch him talk about all five below.

Superchunk wrap up their North American tour tonight in San Diego and dates included a few with one of the other bands on his list, Tee Vee Repairman. They’ve also got a couple shows in NC and SC in November. Dates are below.
