After her prominent battle with health issues over the last few years, pop superstar Céline Dion shared on social media that she will be returning to the stage later this year. She will be performing across 10 nights at the Paris La Défense Arena, starting on September 12 and finishing on October 14.
Presales begin on Tuesday, April 7, ahead of a general onsale starting on April 10. The run of shows will be produced by AEG Presents, Concerts West, and Inter Concerts.
“I wanted to let you know that I’m doing great, managing my health,” the singer said in a video message to fans. “I’m feeling good, I’m singing again, even doing a little bit of dancing—obviously I love it so much.”
“I’m feeling good; I’m strong, I’m feeling excited,” she continued. “Obviously a little nervous, but most of all, I’m grateful to all of you. I love you all and I’ll see you soon.”
In 2022, Dion revealed she had been diagnosed with a rare neurological disorder, stiff-person syndrome. She has been outspoken about her health struggles and explained more about it in the 2024 documentary, I Am: Celine Dion.
The artist hasn’t performed a full-length concert since 2020. Her most recent return to the stage was during the opening ceremony of the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris.
