MICHAEL SHANNON, JASON NARDUCY & FRIENDS PLAY REM’S LIFES RICH PAGEANT
Michael Shannon and Jason Narducy’s now annual tour performing REM albums — this time Life’s Rich Pageant — and they’ve just added three more shows, happening in Chicago, Detroit and Maquoketa, IA. The NYC show happens March 7 at Brooklyn Steel.
SUGAR
Bob Mould‘s ’90s-era group Sugar have announced a full reunion tour, hitting the UK and Europe in the spring and North America in late summer and fall. The Love You Even Still 2026 World Tour is after their previously announced, sold-out shows at NYC’s Webster Hall and London’s O2 Forum Kentish Town in May. Most fall dates are with Jawbox’s J. Robbins.
THURSDAY
Thursday are celebrating the anniversaries of three of their albums on tour this year: 25 years of Full Collapse, 20 years of A City By the Light Divided, and 15 years of No Devolución. They’re calling it the Full City Devolución tour, and they’ll be joined by their old friend Chris Conley of Saves The Day.
A ROOTS PICNIC EXPERIENCE: A GREAT NIGHT IN HIP-HOP
The Roots and Nas are teaming up for a special show at Hollywood Bowl on June 27 that they’re calling “A Great Night in Hip Hop” with special guests T.I., Bun B, De La Soul and more TBA.
CASS MCCOMBS
Cass McCombs has added more shows to his spring North American tour, including Boise, Austin, Nashville, Atlanta, Asheville, Phill, DC and more. The tour starts in NYC on March 19 at Le Poisson Rouge, and ends with a just-added show at Jersey City’s White Eagle Hall on May 9.
PALLBEARER
Melodic doom torch-carriers Pallbearer are keeping the celebration of their beloved 2014 sophomore album Foundations of Burden (our #82 album of the 2010s) going by performing it in full on tour this winter and spring.
BARONESS
Baroness have added Philly and LI shows around their NJ show with Acid Bath.

SKAIWATER
British rapper and producer Skaiwater has announced their US “Wonderful” tour with Baby Osamaa and Vialice. It includes a Brooklyn show at Music Hall of Williamsburg on March 23.
AUSTIN PSYCH FEST 2026
Austin Psych Fest has announced the lineup of its 2026 edition which includes The Flaming Lips, Melody’s Echo Chamber, DIIV, Black Angels, Thee Sacred Souls and more.
DARK TRANQUILLITY / SOEN
Swedish melodic death metal vets Dark Tranquillity have announced the Scandinavian Heavy Arts Tour which is with co-headliners Soen and Persephone. The spring trek includes an NYC stop on April 21 (details TBA)

MURPHY’S LAW / HARDCORE FOR PITS 8
Murphy’s Law will play NJ’s Crossroads on March 28, headlining Hardcore for Pits 8 which also features The Pietasters, The Take, The Pilfers, and more.
TANYA DONELLY / CHRIS BROKAW
Belly’s Tanya Donelly and Come’s Chris Brokaw will tour in support of their upcoming EP of medieval folk music.
THE CRIBS
The Cribs just released their terrific ninth album, Selling A Vibe, which debut at #5 on the UK album charts. They’ve not announced a North American tour that begins April 23 in Santa Ana and wraps May 10 in Cambridge, MA.
