A$AP Rocky shares “Punk Rocky” video ft. Winona Ryder & more, playing SNL

A$AP Rocky‘s long-awaited and much-delayed new album Don’t Be Dumb is finally set to arrive next week, and ahead of that he’s given us another preview with “Punk Rocky.” He directed the accompanying video with Folkert Verdoorn and Simon Becks, and it stars Winona Ryder, with Danny Elfman, Thundercat, A$AP Nast, and others also making appearances. Rocky told Vanity Fair that Elfman contributed string arrangements to the album, and one of Elfman and Ryder’s frequent collaborators, Tim Burton, designed the cover art. It’s due out on January 16 via A$AP Worldwide/RCA, and the next night Rocky will make his Saturday Night Live musical guest debut, with Stranger Things star Finn Wolfhard hosting (and of course, the connections continue as Ryder starred in Stranger Things alongside him).
