OK Go will be on tour later this year, with September shows in Kansas City, Omaha, Denver and Salt Lake City, then November shows Dallas, Houston, Austin and Oklahoma City, and then December shows in Asheville, Raleigh, Atlanta, and Nashville.
KOYO
Long Island emo/hardcore band Koyo have announced their “first ever real deal headlining tour.” It runs through October and November in North America, with support from Oklahoma City emo/screamo band Ben Quad, Massachusetts punks Restraining Order, and Jacksonville grungegazers Leaving Time.
THE DARE / FCUKERS (DJ)
The Dare has announced another of his Freakquencies parties and this one happens July 26 at Knockdown Center. The Dare will be spinning B2B with Fcukers, plus sets from VTSS and more to be announced at this all-day show.
REAL ESTATE
Real Estate will spend part of September and October on the road with ‘A Celebration of Atlas – The Eleven Year and 7 Month Anniversary Tour.’ Dates start in Los Angeles on September 10 and wrap October 11 in Boston.
WICCA PHASE SPRINGS ETERNAL
Emo-rap artist Wicca Phase Springs Eternal will tour in support of his just announced new album.
THE WHITEST BOY ALIVE
Kings of Convenience’s Erlend Øye is reactivating his dance-rock band The Whitest Boy Alive and they’ve got a couple dates lined up already in South America: Fauna Primavera in Chile with Massive Attack, Weezer, Mogwai, Stereolab, Yo La Tengo and more on November 7 & 8, and just before that a headline show in Sao Paulo’s AUDIO on October 30.
