Camera Obscura, Ivy, Swervedriver, Hotline TNT & more playing NV’s Schellraiser’s Humboldt Hideaway

You may remember Schellraiser, a Nevada “mirco-festival” that launched it 2022 with lineups that featured lots of classic shoegaze and indie. They took 2025 off and have moved locations and rebranded themselves as Schellraiser’s Humboldt Hideaway, which happens May 29 & 30 in Wells, NV.

The Humboldt Hideaway lineup includes Camera Obscura, Swervedriver, Ivy (the first US show they’ve announced in 15 years!), White Denim, Hotline TNT, Woods, Frankie Rose, Dummy, Isobel Campbell (ex-Belle & Sebastian), Tyler Ramsey, GIFT, Psymon Spine, The Stevenson Ranch Davidians, Taleen Kali, Mylo Bybee, and Lapdog.

Here’s a little more about the festival from the organizers:

Wells is a small town in northeastern Nevada’s scenic high desert, about 2.5 hours west of Salt Lake City, Utah, and an hour and 45 minutes south of Twin Falls, Idaho. It’s located at the foot of the East Humboldt mountain range, and near the headwaters of Nevada’s Humboldt River.

Schellraiser is a family-owned, non-corporate, micro-scale event that was previously based in the even-smaller town of McGill, Nevada. Its past lineups have featured Ladytron, Mercury Rev, We Are Scientists, The Raveonettes, Blonde Redhead, The Joy Formidable, Murder By Death, Old 97’s and BRONCHO.
